She was alright. You know what you're going to get from Sarah Millican; jokes about being a fat lady, a stupid boyfriend, her family and all that stuff. But I quite like her.. just harmless humour. Some bits of the show were quite obviously for a different audience  indifferent but she seems like a naturally funny person so she gets away with it. Probably wouldn't go and see her again but will watch her tv show when it gets made if it's anything like as good as her radio show was (although that was mainly made better by Simon Day bow )

Is it wrong that I'm tempted to see Mick Foley (of WWE/ECW fame as Mankind/Dude Love/Cactus Jack) on his UK comedy tour next year  confused

Saw Russell Kane on Friday. He was, I presume, off his tits on coke. But he was very funny for most of the show, but seemed to reference himself as "one of those young Russell comedians you get nowadays" and both he and his support both took the piss out of Stewart Lee  laugh In a funny, self aware, not really that respectful, verging on hating him kind of way, which was brilliant  upsmiley He was very clever and completely went against the stereotype that a comedian like him should be like.... although the last 5-10 minutes did devolve into poo and wee based jokes.

Just heard he's becomming the new face of BBC3, with 2 new shows due to start this year. Not sure how the other Russell is going to take it  eyepop Thought that's why he was getting paid like 3m a year. Interesting.
