As people aren't being proactive and sorting it out for me I'm legislating myself some stuff until we can discuss and get proper stuff done.
The legal structure of Lovely concerning the following laws.
Be Good. (It's the only law we have at the moment so it's the only one being covered).
All citizens have a duty to be good. Failure to do so may result in imprisonment.
Any citizen who has a grievance against another citizen who has broken said law may turn to the Law Lords for judgement.
A thread will be started where in both parties will be asked questions by the Law Lord(s) (for the law lord taking the case may deem it necessary for others to be involved due to individual expertise in fields), and present their cases before a judgement is made.
Any party may ask for the assistance of another party during this process, prosecuting citizens should look towards the Royal Lovely Constabulary or other law agencies to peruse their case while defendants shall look for assistance from who ever volunteers or is willing to be paid for the job.
All Fines shall be paid to the court
and any prison sentences will start as soon as the forum administrators have been informed and act upon it.
Imprisonments longer than one day may be appealed against in a new thread with a volunteer/employee arguing the case for shortening the sentence whilst the imprisoned is enjoying their stay.
That's about it, if you have any suggestions questions ask.
